Perfect Pours & More is based in Westchester County, New York, and serves surrounding areas including, but not limited to, Putnam Valley, Manhattan, Connecticut, and New Jersey. If you are located elsewhere, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note: your location may be subject to a travel fee.

Due to New York State Liquor Licensing Requirements, Perfect Pours & More is unable to provide alcohol for your event. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed list of suggested items to purchase based on the service you choose and the amount of guests you are having. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to all New York liquor laws, are TIPS Certified and do not serve anyone under the age of 21.

Yes, Perfect Pours & More holds general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.

Event Servers, Bartenders, Signature Cocktails: To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer of $200 is required, which will be deducted from your final invoice. Based on the services you are utilizing, one week prior to your event, 50% of the remaining balance is due. Please note that failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Event Planning/Decor: To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer of $400 is required, which will be deducted from your final invoice. Based on the services you are utilizing, one week prior to your event, 50% of the remaining balance is due. Please note that failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

The remaining 50% is due within one day of the completion of services. Additionally, please be aware that the total amount may be subject to change based on the actual hours of service provided or additional add-ons on the day of the event.

Payments can be made via Zelle, cash, check, or credit card.

The sooner the better! To secure a spot, we suggest booking sooner rather than later however, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Our cancellation policy differs based on the services you’ve booked with us. Generally, the non-refundable retainer can be applied towards a future event, valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Please read your contract before finalizing your booking for specific details.
